Fly-Q are proud to be a Joint Venture in one of the UK's only national helicopter training organisations.

Our simulator is built into a real Agusta 109 helicopter that had a bit of a "heavy" landing!! We have removed the engine, rotor blades, tail rotor and lots of other bits. The cockpit is identical to the A109 and all the knobs, buttons, switches, controls, seats, seat belts, radios, gauges, dials are the same as in the real helicopter.

If you are thinking about learning to fly, you are probably either someone who just wants to do it for fun or someone who has decided to make it their job. We have courses for both!

We've looked at what you want and have come up with a system that gives you first class tuition and saves you money.

You'll be taught on a one to one basis by one of our Qualified Instructors. You'll be learning on one of our own helicopters and as part of our course, your training will also include using one of our simulators. The quicker you learn the basics, the easier it is to fly.

Subject to the suitability of your site and it's surroundings, it may be possible to collect you by helicopter from home and start your lesson from your nearest airfield. If that's not possible, our instructor will arrange to meet at a place convenient to you.

Our Head Office is at Cardiff Heliport, and, wherever you decide to learn, you will have access to all the fabulous facilities on offer there.
